We Turn Your Ideas into Successful Businesses
It is commonly noticed that more than 55% of newly developed restaurants fail, and more than 80% rapidly decline within the first year of business. Having a good restaurant design, recipes, a location and a restaurant manager are not the only elements of success of your newly developed restaurant. In fact, a lot of work needs to be executed prior to commencing with the project. A solid feasibility study, realistic break-even analysis and a thoroughly developed business plan are the first steps to any successful restaurant development.
Entrepreneurs usually fail to pay the enough attention to the above points and move directly to execution, resulting in numerous surprises along the way that are financially costly, time consuming and do not result in a financially viable concept, thus a recipe to failure in year one. At 360 Management Consultants, we work closely with you to develop your concept specific action plan, covering all aspects of your business to ensure success, avoid surprises, delay and over-spending.

The 360 Management Consultants “4 Pillars” Approach is your path towards top performing restaurants that stand out from competition and are financially feasible
Strategic Pillar
Business Strategy:
Setting the right business strategy from the beginning is key to the success of any business. You need to clearly identify your targets from opening this business and devise your strategy accordingly. Often entrepreneurs start without a clear strategy, or over-shoot their targets, and end up struggling to meet them, thus negatively affecting their first year of business.
Feasibility Studies:
This is the corner stone of your business plan and is conducted based on your strategy. The feasibility study needs to cover all aspects of your business and is based on realistic market figures, covering at least year 1 of operations plus the pre-opening period.
Business Plans:
The business plan is the final document that combines your business strategy and your feasibility study to come up with a business plan. This plan details step by step how to go about starting your business till the opening date and throughout year 1 of operations. The more realistic your plans are, and the more thorough your feasibility study is, the more solid is your business plan and your chances of a successful year one of operations.
360 Management Consultants will assist you in setting the right strategy, will execute for you the feasibility study and develop for you the business plan that allows you to achieve your year one goals in a timely, cost efficient and profitable manner.

Financial Pillar
New Market Entry:
Being a new player in a sea of competitors requires a lot of work to identify your direct segment competitors in your trade area, besides the general ones. You also need to identify places where you can generate business from, the social classes of the residents in the surroundings, their spending and eating habits, amongst other things.
Budget Development:
Setting a realistic budget is the basis for the successful launch of your business. The budget needs to be detailed on monthly projections, based on seasonality, competitive environment, menu offerings and your planned operating business segments.
Besides projecting your sales, you need to forecast your expenses too: food cost, labor cost, utilities, storage, direct operating expenses, rent and depreciation.
Break Even Analysis:
This is the litmus test whether your budget figures make business sense to continue with your project. It is recommended to do several break-even scenarios, based on different sales figures, to have a full picture of the impact of your sales variances on your profitability.
360 Management Consultants provides you with a full market analysis for your new concept, develops your budget, and gives you a clear picture of your expected profitability, based on different break-even scenarios.
Communications Pillar
Crisis Management
What can potentially go wrong with your operation? What can affect your reputation and destroy your image and business? If you have not asked yourself these questions, then you are putting your business’ success in jeopardy.
A crisis management culture, team, and procedure are essential for a growing business, and building them early is crucial.
Our crisis management training is here to help you protect your business and your reputation if it is ever under scrutiny. We will work together to prepare the most plausible risk scenarios and their relevant mitigation plans. This will ensure business continuity and the ability to get out of a crisis with minimum adverse effects.
With the right preparation and the presence of a well-trained team, even crises can become opportunities and springboards to propel your business reputation to new heights.
Restaurant Franchising
Media Training
The best way to share what your business stands for is through a well-weaved story. But who will tell it to the media and consumers?
No matter how good the words are, a camera-ready spokesperson will have to step up and share them with various audiences, internally and externally, to ensure that the message gets across and achieves the desired resonance.
Our eight-hour training module will teach and enable the designated spokesperson(s) to communicate with clarity and confidence. They will learn to control the company’s story and key messages to ensure memorability and impact.
Whether you are looking to start a franchise, become a Franchisee, locally expand an existing Franchise, or expand to new territories, we develop with you and execute toghether a solid step by step roadmap.

Regional Franchise Management
One of the main reasons for a Franchise to fail, especially newly formed ones, is the lack of coordination and Franchise control over the newly developed markets, or even the growth of Franchisees in their own market.
The MENA region is becoming “smaller” by the days since people are travelling within the region more frequently than before. Consequently, you cannot afford quality, marketing and operational variations in your different markets due to its costly impact on the brand in terms of brand image and reduced sales.
360 Management Consultants will tailor for your brand a multi-market Franchise control scheme that will ensure all markets are applying the same standard operating procedures, recipes, marketing guidelines and material sourcing as required by your Franchise manuals.
This will ensure brand consistency across the markets, which in turn will lead to a stronger brand, customer satisfaction and increased sales.
